Walia New Year Under the Crown Cork Prize Competition

1. This promotion is open to residents of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia who hold a valid passport and are aged 18 years or over (proof of age will be required) excluding employees of any of the outlets where the promotion is activated or of the Promoter and its sister companies, their families, agents and agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Consumers can purchase bottles of 300 ml Happy New Year Bottle and look under the crown corks for their prize. Consumers with crown corks carrying “Walia’s text & a picture of Ball” should contact Metro Communications At +251-940-39-39-39 or +251940-43-43-43 immediately or visit Metro Communications located at A.A around Hayahulet, Mickey Leland Street NB Business Center Suite 405.

3. Only [one entry per person OR one entry per household] is permitted.

4. The opening date for entries is [12:00am] on [August 05, 2015]. The closing date of the prize draw is [11.59pm] on [September 1, 2015]. Entries received after this time will not be [counted OR valid OR accepted OR considered].

5. The Promoter will complete a verification process to confirm that winners are over 18 and that they hold a valid passport with at least six months validity.

6. The Prize: A two-day trip for 1 adult to Seychelles to attend the football match between the Walias and the Seychelles. Prize includes return flights for 1 adult from Addis Ababa to Seychelles including cost of visa upon arrival. Three meals per day, hotel accommodations for 2 nights, travel insurance, $50.00/day spending money, and cost of entry to the game.

7. The Promoter will work with winners regarding the organization of all elements of the prize, but retains ultimate discretion over all bookings. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions will not be covered. [Should we be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winners behalf, the winner will be reimbursed fully for purchasing their own travel insurance. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they are appropriately covered by standard travel insurance, and if they are not, winners must obtain their own insurance. All additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.]

8. Winners must return to Ethiopia upon the designated return date. The Promoter may take steps to ensure their return and all winners must comply with the Promoter’s requests in this regard.

9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

10. No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prize. The prizeis not transferable.

11. By entering participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

12. No liability is accepted by the Promoter for any person injury, loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature incurred or suffered as a result of participating in this promotion.12.
